Rates 2008/2009
Each apartment in Tir Na gCapall is a 3 bed, accommodating a maximum of 3 people.
Single Room ensuite in a 3 bed apartment - Price per week - €75 pps
Deposit
A booking deposit of €750 is payable with application form which is broken down as follows:
ESB - €300 – Paid towards your ESB for the year. Any amount outstanding is payable by the student at the end of the academic year. Any monies remaining will be refunded.
SECURITY - €250 DEPOSIT – This is refundable at the end of the academic year once there is no damage to the apartment or items missing.
UTILITIES – €200 Non-refundable – This covers multi channel TV; TV licence; refuse; Telephone line.
