Tír Na gCapall is a new luxury purpose built student complex close to GMIT in Galway. Situated in Ballybrit, just 20 minutes walk from the GMIT, with a regular bus service every 15 minutes from outside the complex to the college and city centre. It consists of 42 interior designed three bed apartments all containing ensuite single rooms.

Tír Na gCapall is one of the smaller student developments for students attending the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology. All bedrooms have been purpose built for students. Each room consists of a single bed, built-in wardrobe and desk with shelves to meet the students needs. Each room has its own personal shower room plus Internet access, cable tv, and telephone.

Other facilities include fob controlled door system, self service lauderette, CCTV cameras, car parking and bicycle storage, refuse collection, security and Reception office. Rooms in Tír Na gCapall are very competitively priced and are quickly filling up.

Each apartment in Tir Na gCapall is a 3 bed, accommodating a maximum of 3 people.

Single Room ensuite in a 3 bed apartment - Price per week - €55 pps

Deposit

A booking deposit of €750 is payable with application form which is broken down as follows:

SECURITY - €250 DEPOSIT – This is refundable at the end of the academic year once there is no damage to the apartment or items missing.

UTILITIES – €200 Non-refundable – This covers multi channel TV; TV licence; refuse; Telephone line.

Monthly Payment Option

* If you wish to pay monthly please add €100.00 (€50 per semester) to cover administration costs.  Monthly payments are made by standing order through a parent/guardians bank account (Standing Order forms are available on request).
