It all happening in Galway. This summer kicks off with the Volvo Ocean race arriving inGalway from the 23rd of May to the 26th of June. Also in June you have the Galway sessions which exhibits traditional irish music. July is action packed also commencing with the Galway Film Fleadh, the Arts Festival and the Galway Races summer festival meeting. - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday - €20.00 per night
- Friday and Saturday - €25.00 per night

Week to Week Let:
23/05/09 – 29/08/09 - €350.00 per week (Saturday – Saturday)
Initial deposit of €200.00 to be collected on booking and balance in full to be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival.
Security deposit of €100.00 to be collected on arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, after inspection of apartment and return of all keys issued.
Race Week:
25/07/09 – 01/08/09 - €600.00 for 7 nights (Saturday – Saturday)
Initial deposit of €200.00 to be collected on booking and balance in full plus Security deposit of €100.00 to be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, after inspection of apartment and return of all keys.

Minimum stay of 4 weeks required.
Rent €75.00 per week to be paid 4 weekly in advance to the office. Deposit of €250.00 to be collected, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure less the cost of the electric and any damage or cleaning required and a non refundable deposit of €92.50 will be required which covers your refuse, television channels, 24 hour access to the internet and direct dial telephone.
Deposit to be paid on booking and 4 weeks rent to be paid on arrival or in advance of arrival. |
